A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.
Your credit card information will be stored securely and will not be charged without prior notification unless it aligns with my cancellation or no-show policy.

To secure your appointment and reserve the time needed for your service, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This policy ensures that I can dedicate my time exclusively to you and your hair goals.

APPLICATION OF RETAINER
A retainer of 50% is required to book your appointment.
The retainer will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
NON-REFUNDABLE
Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your retainer may be transferred to a new appointment if proper notice is given.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When appointments are missed or cancelled without enough notice, it impacts both my schedule and other guests who may have wanted the time slot. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all, I've implemented the following policy;

LATE CANCELLATION FEE
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeit their retainer.
NO-SHOW FEE
If you fail to show up for your appointment, without any notice, the full cost of your appointment will be charged.
